Warm up 10 solid minutes of low impact cardio

  1. weighted 1/2 skater x 15
  2. wighted 1/2 skater x 15
  3. goblet squat to alternating split squat x 12
  4. inchworm pushups x 12

Repeat x 4 !!!!!!!

  1. single arm high pulls left x 12
  2. single arm high pull right x12
  3. dumbbell swings x 15

Repeat x 3

  1. Squat overhead press x 12
  2. delt flies x 12
  3. squat jumps x 12
  4. alternating side lunge presses x 12 sets

Repeat x 4!!!!
